Caroline was born into a real estate family. Many of her childhood memories include exploring model homes with her mom and long time Realtor®, Maggie Boineau, and tagging along to her open houses. Living on the Grand Strand her entire life, her love and knowledge of this beautiful area serves as a great asset in the many aspects of real estate.

Caroline graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2010 with dual-degrees in Marketing and Communication. After working in marketing and advertising for a number of years, she realized that real estate was in her DNA and took the opportunity to work for a national home builder, which kick-started her career in real estate.

With a year and a half of experience selling new construction homes, she has decided to join her mom at Tradd Residential as a mother/daughter team. Along with her mom’s experience and vast knowledge, Caroline will bring a high level of technology skills and creative marketing ideas. Her enthusiasm, desire to succeed, and attention to detail go into everything Caroline does. She truly loves houses and helping others find the homes that meet their needs.

Aside from real estate, Caroline enjoys yoga, being outdoors, walking the MarshWalk in Murrells Inlet, and spending time with her family and friends.
